Kodiak MWR Guest House

The Kodiak MWR Guest House is a non-smoking hotel with an Alaskan Log Cabin theme. The lobby has been outfitted with elegant leather furniture transforming the entrance into an inviting and warm location for guests to relax. The Guest House features 38 rooms, three family suites, three VIP suites and two wheelchair accessible rooms. We are open to PCS personnel, TAD personnel and space available guests. Our hotel has three full kitchens, dining areas, and laundry facilities on each floor. The building has been outfitted with WIFI. Other amenities include a private bath, hairdryer, coffee, cable TV and DVD player in each room.

The Guest House staff also supports the MWR, pet friendly, condominiums. Kodiak MWR has eight, two bedroom and four, three-bedroom condos available for rental. Each two-bedroom unit is equipped with a full kitchen (with basic items like pots, pans, dishes, etc.), one bathroom, and living room with cable TV and WIFI. Each three-bedroom is also equipped like the two-bedroom condos, except the three-bedroom condos have a second bathroom.

For both the Guest House and Condos, there is a 14-day reservation limit which can be extended depending on situations and availability. Housekeeping is provided Monday through Friday.

The Guest House accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card information is required to confirm and hold reservations. Any late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for one-night stay.

  • Winter Rates October 1 - April 30
  • Single/Double/Triple Rate: $115.00 per night (1-3 pax) 3rd person changes to $100
  • Family Suite: $125.00 per night, (4-6 pax) bedding varries, 2 full beds or 1 full bed & 2 twins. You can add 2 rollaways to accomodate 6.
  • Adjoining Rooms: $125.00 per night (family only), $57.50 each room, 4-6 pax.
  • Living Suite: $125.00 (4 pax) 1 bed & you can put 2 rollaways in the living room.
  • VIP Suites: $130.00 (1-2 pax) no rollaways or children.
  • Two Bedroom Condo: $175.00 per night with $50 fee for pet(s).
  • Three Bedroom Condo: $190.00 per night with $50 fee for pet(s).
